The Traditional Wedding Package

• Authentic historic barn with a 200-person capacity

• 5-hour rental on the day of the event with free setup (2 hours prior to the event)

• 1-hour rehearsal the day before (if venue is available)

• Additional rehearsal time ($250 per hour, no rehearsal dinners)

• 4 acres surrounding the barn for your ceremony, reception in the barn, and parking. 

• Ceremony site with an 8’x8’ arch, which can include hanging flower pots, draping, florals, or a custom farm grown floral design (pricing available upon request)

• Chairs and tables to accommodate 100 guests (additional rentals available).

• On-site Bridal Suite access or getting ready (4 hours prior to the wedding)

• Cake table, gift table, buffet tables, and a sweetheart table with bench 

• Trailered restroom and handicap accessible portable restroom

• On-site trash receptacles

• Bar with drink tubs (yes, you can supply your own alcohol) 

• Flexibility to work with outside vendors (yes, you may bring in a licensed caterer)

• Additional on-site decor rentals are available (pricing upon request): 

• Drapery, bistro lighting, china dinnerware, and more!
