Special Event Rental Package
Our Special Event Rental Package is $175 per hour (5 hour minimum rental) and includes:

Use of our authentic historic tobacco barn and plentiful surrounding acreage for outdoor activities/parking

Seating for a max capacity of 75 guests

Bar and drink tubs (you may provide your own alcohol)

Onsite trash/recycling containers

Handicap accessible portable restroom

Exclusions: Weddings, Vow Renewals, Quinceaneras, events with more than 75 guests

With a 5 hour minimum rental, this package costs $875. Add-ons vary. Note: You have the option to upgrade amenities to a portable Restroom Trailer for an additional $1,100 if you wish.
